Virtual Reality Art World

Hello!! Today I would like to take you on a tour of an amazing art space that exists in VR, I discovered it whilst wandering around VRChat which is a VR platform that can be accessed with or without a headset! So it’s really easy to jump in and experience a whole new world of surprises!

This world was created by Lee Jae-Hyuk and can be found by searching for the world called ‘New Place’ in the VRCHAT Worlds preview.

Take a look at my video below for a tour and check out the screen shots for a quick overview of my favourite installations.

I love this artwork, it was also amazing to be able to walk through it in VR, all of the instalations were created using a method of painting called Tilt Brush which was created by Google in order to bridge the gap between paintng and VR.

A lovely render of this 3D bull and lambo, it really was a sight to behold in VR with impressive painting and lighting

Another one of my favourites, the scale of this shark was truly a sight to behold.

This samurai rider and horse was situated at the entrance of the exhibition and really set the tone for the subsequent experiences.

And lastly this tree of life closed the exhibition leaving an uplifting feeling of hope and wonder having travelled through the VR experiences and created worlds.
